Gotham’s second episode keeps and builds upon the momentum from the first episode.
With “Selina Kyle”, Gotham has established itself as one of the best written, directed, and acted police dramas on television, but unlike those other police dramas Gotham has grit and a dark underbelly ready to explode to the surface. A+
